You confirm you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that any minors using the Services do so with your consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and complete.

2. PRODUCTS & CONTENT
We strive to describe products accurately; however, colours/appearance may vary by device settings. We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, change descriptions, prices, or discontinue products at any time.

3. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm it. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion (including suspected reseller activity). 8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Monifab is powered by Shopify. Sales you make are with Monifab, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, and you release Shopify from claims arising from your transactions with Monifab.

9. PRIVACY
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy [insert link] and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge these policies.

10. USER FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, ideas, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Monifab a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such Feedback. You warrant you own or have rights to the Feedback and that it complies with law.

11. ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information (including pricing and availability) at any time without prior notice, including after an order is placed.

12. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive purposes; to upload malware; to harvest personal data; to bypass security; or to violate applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. 15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monifab and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder will remain in full force.

17. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive termination (including IP, Feedback, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) shall continue to apply.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; NO WAIVER
These Terms, together with policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Monifab regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

19. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

20. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms.

21. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
