At MONIFAB, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read below for our global return and exchange terms.

How do I place a return or exchange?
If you are not fully satisfied with your MONIFAB item, contact us at support@monifab.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. MONIFAB extends this period to 30 days for all customers worldwide.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, or accessories) are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • MONIFAB does not accept returns without a valid reason, except where required by law.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or alternative items (subject to availability).
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for size exchanges.
  • If packaging is missing or incomplete, a 30% restocking fee may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or incorrect, contact support@monifab.com before sending it back. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Address
All returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team at the time of request. We cannot process returns sent to an unauthorized address.

Important Note
If your order was not purchased directly via www.monifab.com the return and exchange policy of the retailer where you purchased the product will apply.
