Shipping policy

Monifab partners with major international freight companies such as SF Express, DHL, UPS and EMS, working alongside local couriers - enabling us to ship directly to your door and proudly offer flat rates on shipping worldwide.

Once you have placed your order and your payment has been confirmed, you can expect your order to be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Delivery time is between 3-7 business days.
On average, it takes 5-12 business days to receive your order.

You will be charged when your order and all payments must be verified and authorized prior to dispatch and may take several days to process. To help combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders that require additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

Shipping process

We start processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at check-out. You will only be charged for the items being shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays or public holidays.

We need about 3-5 business days on average to process your order, but some items may take longer, especially around major holidays or if your order includes popular items that experience stock availability issues. Orders will be dispatched as soon as stock availability is confirmed.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference between manufacturing partner locations.

While we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, Monifab cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as necessary postal or customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimate.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, the order is delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed during the delivery process. You can follow the status of your order via the tracking number you have received via email.

Not satisfied with your order? We're sorry and would like to hear what we can do to make it right. Email support@monifab.com and we'll see how we can resolve it in the best possible way.

Please check that all shipping information is correct. If any information is incorrect, we will need to contact you. This may result in a delayed delivery time. Delays can also be caused by transit.
