1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Order changes & cancellations
To ensure fast dispatch, all orders are processed immediately. This means we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please check your details carefully before checkout.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
We partner with trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post, and local delivery partners.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events such as weather or strikes.
3. Taxes, Duties & Customs
- United Kingdom: VAT is included at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.
- European Union: VAT and duties are included at checkout (IOSS). Customers will not pay additional fees on delivery.
- United States: Orders under $800 USD are duty-free under U.S. customs rules.
- Canada, Australia, and Rest of World: Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship worldwide, except to countries under trade restrictions or embargoes.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote territories where carriers cannot guarantee delivery.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or if tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days (domestic UK/EU/US) or 25 business days (international), please contact us at support@monifab.com
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return an item, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delays and additional fees for re-shipment.
- Refused deliveries (where the customer declines to accept the package) may incur return shipping and restocking fees.
