Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom also have a legal right to withdraw their order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wellness and personal care items (such as sealed recovery tools, personal care devices, or body accessories) cannot be refunded once the original hygienic seal or packaging has been opened, unless they arrive faulty. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, contact us at support@monifab.com. All refunds must be pre-approved by our support team before items are returned. Any returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Our team will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. In some cases, photos or video evidence may be requested by our team to process your claim.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@monifab.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping costs are deducted, this will be clearly shown in your refund confirmation.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept refunds if items are used, altered, returned without original packaging, or fall under excluded hygienic categories once opened.
