All transactions are processed in your local currency where possible (GBP, EUR, USD, etc.) using real-time exchange rates provided by Shopify Payments or Stripe.

CREDIT & DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

Card payments are processed through Shopify’s integrated gateway (powered by Stripe). Your card is authorized at the time of purchase and you will receive an instant confirmation email once the transaction is approved. If a payment is declined or flagged by our fraud prevention system for verification, your order may be placed on temporary hold until reviewed by our security team.

PAYPAL

When choosing PayPal at checkout, you will be securely redirected to the PayPal platform to log in and confirm your payment. Once approved, you will automatically return to our website to complete your order and view your confirmation.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS PROCESSING
