How do I get the right fit?
Measure 14cm above your kneecap and match it to the size chart. The dial fine-tunes from there, so you're not relying on the size alone.
Will it slide down?
The silicone grip lining is built to stop exactly that. Set the dial and it stays put — through training or a full day on your feet.
Can I wear it during exercise?
Yes — running, gym, football, padel, pickleball, walking. Dial up the support for harder sessions, ease it off when you're resting.
