HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Simply select your style on the product page, click the "Add to card" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We'll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?
Orders from our store usually ship within 5 to 10 business days. International orders take an additional 1 to 2 weeks to ship.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING.
It can take 1-2 days for tracking numbers to appear in the carrier's system. It may happen that the carrier loses an order. If the tracking number still doesn't work after a few days, contact the carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A DELAYED ORDER.
Orders from our store usually ship within 5 to 10 business days. International orders take an additional 1 to 2 weeks to ship.

If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact us for timely assistance.
